Sunday & Monday After wandering around a bit I went to panels to see Peter Davison, Anthony Ainley & Sophie Aldred. Then a large group, Elisabeth Sladen, Carol-Ann Ford, Wendy Padbury, Jacqueline Pearce & Jan Chappell. Asked Jacqueline & Jan if they knew about the script to bring the Daleks into Blakes 7. After that Colin Baker, Nicola Bryant and Bill Baggs. Found out that The Airzone Solution features a 'sex scene' between Nicola's & Colin's characters. Interesting!

Missed William Russells play.

Caught a little bit of Jeremy Benthams condescending slide show.

Then Panel Room 1 closing ceremonies. It was over so quickly!

Met up with Lisa. Apparently a group was going to Denny's, would I like to join? Sure! Decided to walk! The meal was good. We sat a few tables away from Carol-Ann Ford and William Russell. The group then went back to a room to chat and watch videos. We got to see Battle of the Planets.. The Robot and the dog weren't part of the original Japanese version!

Then watched The Airzone Solution. It was a cracking good story!

Collected a copy of the DWIN fanzine - Enlightenment from Lisa and swapped addresses. 

Stella told me not to read Winters Tale. I'll keep it in mind to avoid!

After dropping stuff back at the hotel, it was 3:00am so I went downstairs and helped the guy who organized things to move some things around. Then left them and joined a group of three people and listened to them for awhile. Then met a woman who lives in Alaska and has a house near a 34 foot waterfall. Sounds devine!  She had her $600 glasses stolen. Hope she got them back.

Danny & Co returned at 5:00am. I went back to my room and ordered a fruit dish which I ate and went to bed.

Then awoke to a ringing phone at 3pm!
More Monday
A wasted day! Posted postcards in the hotel mail. Looked for some remaining who fans. Met one. Was invited back to his room to watch Last Action Hero. Gavehim and his mum a thank you bookmark.

Had dinner at the restaurant. Wandered around. Then went up to the revolving restaurant and had some iced tea. Very interesting. Got to see the skyline at night.

Went searching for something to do. Saw Anthony Ainley and Danny John Jules still there that day.
Filmed the lift to the top. The revolving restaurant had been closed all weekend. Anne, the restaurant  cashier, waved when I recorded her on vid.
Went back and packed some of my bag. Found clothes already hanging in the cupboard! (Lucky I looked!) ('99 note. While it may have seemed like a wasted day, it was necessary to have a day off just to recover and relax.)
